Small Hall

The cosy hall has a capacity of 243 comfortable seats. It offers a high-quality sound system and lighting, as well as powerful air conditioning. Speakers and theatre actors will appreciate its 50 m² stage.

The Small Hall is an ideal place for smaller music and film productions, presentations, lectures and corporate presentations. It is often used in combination with the adjacent Conference Hall.

Conference Hall

An exclusive space with original design furnishings and modern screening technology, the Conference Hall accommodates up to 300 persons. With pleasant daylight and a spacious stage, the circular hall will certainly appeal to the participants.

During breaks, the guests can engage in discussions in the adjacent large conference lobby, which comprises also several lounges and a design bar. Access from the foyer to the spacious east and west roof terraces (2,800 m² in total) has been restored, revealing a forgotten view of Karlovy Vary. The reopened Sun Footbridge will also serve as a place to relax.

The layout of the Conference Hall is variable:

- theatre layout (250 seats)
- banquet layout (100 seats)
- classroom layout (120 seats)
- dancefloor layout (180 seats)

The unique facilities are perfect for conferences, social gatherings, balls and artistic performances.

Red Lounges

Three equally sized lounges offer a total of 100 seats and a more private atmosphere. You can use either only some of the lounges or variably connect them. They can be arranged in the theatre, banquet or classroom layouts. Natural daylight enters the lounges.

The Red Lounges are perfect for lectures, training events, seminars, workshops, press conferences and small presentations.

MOSER Lounge

The refined Moser Lounge is adjacent to a covered terrace overlooking the centre of the spa town. As it is adjacent to the Conference Hall, it often serves as a restaurant during events.

The most frequent events held in the lounge include press conferences, important meetings, banquets or lunches and dinners served during seminars and conferences. It is also a great venue for wine tastings and wedding receptions. The Moser Lounge can accommodate up to 80 persons. It can further be extended to include an adjacent foyer and a spacious covered terrace.

Congress Auditorium

The Congress Auditorium offers versatile spaces that can be easily connected to the round Congress Hall or the Small Cinema Hall. Elegant settings will enhance the atmosphere of your event. With the option to use the bar and terrace, it provides excellent facilities for banquets or cocktail receptions with a buffet and other social or cultural events.

Entrance Hall & Foyer of the Great Hall

The Entrance Hall & Foyer of the Grand Hall - these spaces are exceptional in their functionality and artistic spirit, primarily thanks to the iconic chandelier by René Roubíček. Part of the Hotel Thermal, where stars of the silver screen meet annually during the KVIFF, ensures ideal spaces for international congresses, banquets, exhibitions, or sales events. The entrance hall is accessible both from the hotel and directly from the outdoor promenade in front of the hotel. The space can be connected to a stylish snack bar.
